Legacy provides full-service construction material testing and inspection services and has served many counties, cities, and VDOT successfully for over thirty years. Legacy’s certified inspectors test, inspect, and document the construction materials and assemblies according to the applicable codes, regulations, and standards as defined by the Virginia Code and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code.
Our goal is to work in partnership with the Contractor and the County Project Manager so that all construction services delivered to the County are on schedule, within budget, and provided with sensitivity to the community.
Our in-house AASHTO-accredited lab allows us to test construction materials and assure that the materials have been processed, tested, and reported following applicable standards and specifications.
